ROTOFLEX, Elpac's manufacturing partner, is a world class manufacturer of multi layer film, shrink band and other highly specialized packaging products designed to address the complex packaging needs of our customers. At Rotoflex we distinguish ourselves by developing strategic alliances with our customers. This enables us to gain extensive knowledge of their production process so that, together, we can identify improvements in delivery schedules, packaging processes for their products and marketing presentation utilizing our packaging.
High qualified technical personnel from Rotoflex visit our customers' plants to guarantee the functionality of our flexible packaging on their machines and packaging equipment. This translates into an important cost reduction due to waste reduction and productivity improvement.
In addition, our flexible packaging plants have at their disposal modern equipment for electromechanical engraving of rotogravure print cylinders and flexographic plates and sophisticated printing technology using internationally renowned equipment from manufacturers such as Rotomec and Bobst-Schiavi. This technology, in conjunction with our our SAP/R3 information system and our qualified technical support team, allows us to offer high quality packaging delivered to our clients' warehouses' in a timely, efficient fashion.

Flexible Packaging: Single polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester (PET) or cellophane laminations, more complicated triple of quadruple laminations incorporating aluminum foils and/or paper or metalized materials printed in rotogravure or flexography processes
Thermoform Sleeves: Manufactured with thermoformable PVC or Polyester G (PET-G) designed to add beauty and better communication to rigid packaging such as bottles or aluminum containers.
Presentations: Rolls, Doypack pouches, optionally with Zip-lock closure and a laser scoring for easy opening.
